Client Representatives are at the forefront of our clients’ brand awareness and management. This role is responsible for fostering relationships with customers and implementation for in-store marketing campaigns. This includes representing our clients’ standards, retail stores’ standards as well our company standards. While every Client Representative starts at entry level and able to work their way up, we as a team continuously deliver the results everyone is looking for year after year.

As Corporate Trainer, responsibilities flourish. Corporate Trainers are responsible for multiple client campaigns and tracking client marketing and sales targets. Corporate Trainers will help with the training of Client Representatives as well as provide experienced-base mentorship to most recent Corporate Trainers while stay up-to-date on client industry knowledge. The Corporate Trainer will learn how to build and maintain relationships with clients and plan the execution of expansion goals.

The Entry Level Marketing Assistant position is a valued team member in the marketing and advertising department. The position is considered entry level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising and consumer market research. After successful completion of training, an individual would be considered a team lead in the marketing department.

  • Driving sales through retail promotional campaigns
  • Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
  • Strategize, execute and manage alongside the marketing strategy teams
  • Interact and communicate with customers
  • Problem solve and make the professional judgment on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer (candidate will be trained in this area)
  • Conduct lead generation and maintain and develop a client base for our clients who offer the in-store services
  • Aid marketing and advertising associates and senior staff with specific projects related to each client

Sales & Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients new and existing customers, therefore the primary focus will be on the needs of our customers and helping them find the most fitted service or promotion to suit their preferences.

The main duties of a Customer Service Representative will involve:

  • Representing our established client and their brand with a customer service which is second to none.
  • Maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude when working under pressure and to deadlines 
  • Handling all questions and inquiries from new and potential buyers.
  • Providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Thorough and attention to detail when checking customer details and processing orders, ensuring accurate information.
  • Working towards targets and goals set by our client.
